SD2420-002 Product Details
SD2420-002 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into Metal packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 125mW heat within a circuit. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 50V. In the reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 50V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 20nA current.
