PDB-C603-3 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 3nA electrical current.
