PDB-C614-2 Overview

It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 250nA current.
