As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 25V. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 50nA even without light input.
