PDB-V618-2 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 25V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 25V in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 20nA current even in the absence of light input.
