PDU-C108 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 30V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 30V. There is 5pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
