PDV-V400 Overview

In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 100V continuously. A photodiode conducts 10pA current without light input.
