The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations.
