ADF4157BCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260.
