Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-TFLGA Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, ECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
