ADM1063ACPZ-REEL7 Overview
This power management consists of 40 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 10 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Sequencer manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. Power ics operate at 10 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip.
