HMC416LP4 Overview
A frequency of 2.75GHz~3GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
