HMC578LC3B Product Details
HMC578LC3B Overview
A frequency of 23GHz~33GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation. An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.12-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below. It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature. To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 81mA.
