ADR293ER Overview
SOIC N is used to simplify the process.A Rail/Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient. The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References. It can be used with 5mA inputs. There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels. It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.0 volts is the required supply voltage. There is a minimum voltage requirement of 6V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation. The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 15μA.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.06%.
