Uses the handy SOIC package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Bulk.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 2.02% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 8 has its pins 8 settled.It can be used by applications with 20mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 1.235V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 15μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 1.235V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 1.2V.
