SO is used to simplify the process.Based on the Buried Zener, Series, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.05% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 10V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1.7mA.10V voltage lower than 10V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 10V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1.7mA.Current supply is 2mA.
