The LTe1634 is a micropower, precision, shunt voltagereference. The bandgap reference uses trimmed precisionthin film resistors to achieve 0.05% initial voltage accuracy. lmproved curvature correction technique guarantees10ppm/°C maximum temperature drift. Advances indesign, processing and packaging techniques guarantee10uA operation and low temperature cycling hysteresis.The LT1634 does not require an output compensationcapacitor, butis stable with capacitiveloads. Low dynamicimpedance makes the LT1634 reference easy to use fromunregulated supplies.
