The package uses a neat 32-TQFP interface.Packaging for Tray.A qualified individual who has the ability to operate within 0°C~70°C.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.This device is fed with a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.This memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to 1.6Mb bytes.Look for "EPC2" for other related parts.Supply voltage 3.3V is required.Different types of 32 terminations are available with different functions.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.If you're reflow soldering, you shouldn't go above 235.SERIAL-process memory transmits data.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.05mA.In terms of speed, this is a memory IC that operates at a 12.5MHz frequency.The use of 3.3/5V power supplies is recommended.For better service, IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY is included.Among the EPC series of devices, it is one of the most popular ones.In specific, it can be described as a form of Flash Memories.
