EPC16QI100N Overview
An interesting 100-BQFP package is used for this.Packaging for the external environment.An individual who is qualified to operate within the -40°C~85°C domain.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.There is a limit of 16Mb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.To find other similar parts, search for "EPC16".The supply voltage is 3.3V.With different functions, 100 terminations can be used.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.The temperature should be kept below 245 in reflow soldering.A PARALLEL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.09mA.FPGA is a 66.7MHz-frequency memory IC.The use of a 3.3V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.EPC series devices are included in it.More specifically, it's a kind of Flash Memories.
