An interesting 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.External packaging of type Tube.-40°C~85°C-qualified.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.An electric current of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 150kb bytes.Try searching "XC17S15A" for more parts.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.Various functions can be applied to 8 terminations.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.It is necessary to supply the device with a minimum voltage of 3V.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.8 pins are located on the board.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.005mA.Parts come with 8 pins.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 3.3V recommends users apply 3.3V on the part.
