In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 1A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 600mV ensures maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 600mV @ 200mA, 2A.Continuous collector voltages of 1A should be maintained to achieve high efficiency.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 1A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
