GBJ601-F Overview

Bridge rectifier is equipped wBridge rectifierh 4 pin count.The device operates at 6A forward voltage.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-SIP, GBJ package.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Through Hole method.Operating at the temperature of -65°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 170A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 5μA which is used to power this device.Its output current of 6A allows maximum design flexibility.
