PD333-3B/H0/L2 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 170V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 32V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. A photodiode occurs even at 5nA current without light input.
