A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 32V permanently. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. It is possible for the photodiodes in the DC circuit to operate under reverse voltage of 32V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 10nA current.
