VEMD6110X01 Overview

In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 3-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 32V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 32V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
