In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 32V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 150mW heat. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 32V. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. With reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes can work properly. Without light, a photodiode has 5nA current.
