These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-46 packages for safety protection. The photodiodes have 3 pins. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate.
