MTPD1346D-150 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 5V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 5V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 500nA current without light input.
