SMD2420-001 Product Details
SMD2420-001 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in CSMD packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 50V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 50V. Photodiodes have pins 2. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 125mW heat within a circuit. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -55°C. A reverse anode voltage of 50V should be applied to the photodiodes. There is 5nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
