HSDL-5400 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Flat Lead packages for safety protection. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 40V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 40V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 800mV. In the reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 40V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
