The FS50R06KE3BOSA1 is a 600 V, 50 A six-pack IGBT module, EconoPACK™3 with fast trench/fieldstop IGBT³ and Emitter Controlled3 diode. IGBT, also known as an insulated-gate bipolar transistor, is a type of power semiconductor die.
An IGBT power module is created by physically assembling and enclosing many IGBT power semiconductor dies. The dies are typically connected electrically in one of several different configurations, including half-bridge, 3-level, dual, chopper, booster, etc.
