IRG4PC40U is an insulated gate bipolar transistor. It is primarily used as an electronic switch, which,as it was developed, came to combine high efficiency and fast switching. Its Gate-to-Emitter Voltage is ±20V. This device can be applied in switching applications due to the following features. And its ideal operating temperature is between -55 and +150℃.
