HI4P0201-5Z Overview

A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 500μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 2mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 75°C. It is able to conduct in a 4-bit way.
