HI4P0201-5Z Overview
Packed in PLCC, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. There are 20 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 20 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 80Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 20 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 44V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 500μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 2mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 75°C. It is able to conduct in a 4-bit way.
