ISL6614AIR Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its VQFN package.It's configured with 16 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A board with 16 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 4 outputs integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.Due to its 12V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.
