A 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to reduce board space requirements.For packing, Tube is used.In this case, Surface Mount is the mounting type.An 2-circuit makes up this telecom IC .At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.There are 16 pins on this telecom interface.During normal operation, a minimum value of -40°C is set for the temperature.The temperature is set at the maximum value of 85°C to ensure normal operation.
