In order to save space on the board, the 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.Packing is done according to the Tube method.There is a type Through Hole mount for this telecom circuit.A 1-circuit composes this telecom IC .When 4.75V~5.25V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.Using -40°C~85°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.Mounted in the direction of Through Hole.The current supply is 10mA.To give designers much flexibility, it uses 10mA as the supply current.Normal operation is ensured by setting -40°C to a minimum value.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 85°C.
