There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 64-VFBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Its 44 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block is made up of 256 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 2.5V-volt supply.
