In order to protect the op amps, a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months.
