MAX6138CEXR33+ Overview
A Cut Tape external package encloses the voltage reference ic.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3.3V.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.
