Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts IC management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are present on the power management system.
