A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 16.
