Packing in Tray. An example of a 64-LQFP package is shown below. This device can be used as a 3 Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. Logic gates can be applied to this 64 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. It is included in the ZON™ series. Using 3.3V, this device can be supplied. There is no limit to the frequency that can be used by this device. A memory size of 64kB has been incorporated in this PMIC. This PMIC utilizes FLASH memory.
