MAX9988ETP+ Overview
In the 1.5GHz~2.2GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tube.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 20-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.This RF modulator needs to operate at 221mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
