SP6136ER1-L/TR Product Details

SP6136ER1-L/TR Overview

The switching controller fits in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 5V~24V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
