SI4113-D-GTR Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.8GHz maximum.
