There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. Having 317 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. A fundamental building block contains 5376 logic elements or cells. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. There is a 1.425V~1.575V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the Axcelerator seies. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space.
