There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. Having 317 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. A fundamental building block contains 5376 logic elements or cells. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. There is a 1.425V~1.575V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate.
