In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ.
