In this device, the DC current gain is 63 @ 150mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.A VCE saturation (Max) of 500mV @ 50mA, 500mA means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 45V volts.Supplier package DFN2020D-3 contains the product.This device displays a 45V maximum voltage - Collector Emitter Breakdown.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
