2N7002T Description

The On Semiconductor 2N7002T has been designed to deliver durable, dependable, and rapid switching performance while minimizing o-state resistance. This type of MOSFET has three terminals: source (S), gate (G), and drain (D), which correspond to the emitter, base, and collector terminals of a BJT. It can deliver pulsed currents up to 2A and can be used in most applications requiring up to 400mA DC.
