2N7053 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 1A 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 100μA, 100mA.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 12V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (1.5A).In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1.5A volts.
